Move Google OCR script into MediaWiki namespace and update all references to it

Description

All JavaScript code (that is intended to be executed) should live in MediaWiki namespace. Let's move https://wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:Google_OCR/script.js to something like https://wikisource.org/wiki/MediaWIki:GoogleOCR.js. We will also need to update the documentation and all pages that are importing the script:

I've applied to become an admin on oldwikisource, so I can maintain this script.

I'll move the script, and leave the existing (and protected) script as a redirect until such time as all links to it have been updated by local admins.
