For a central place for reporting bugs on these skins, this is a request for the following extensions and skins to be created. Thanks to anyone in advance who happens to do it :)

We've been talking about merging AutomaticBoardWelcome into HAWelcome, see https://phabricator.shoutwiki.com/T68, so I'd prefer doing that (even though it's not easy) over giving AutomaticBoardWelcome any more attention. :)
UserWelcome
Despite being a separate tag extension that needs to be separately require_once'd in LocalSettings.php (because historically it wasn't a part of "SocialProfile" since "SocialProfile" the way we understand it didn't exist, there was just a bunch of related-ish extensions which depended on each other), UserWelcome is and has been since 2008 (if memory serves me correctly) a part of SocialProfile. (Has anyone bothered updating the docs on MW.org? Nnnnnnnot really...)
I'll try to create the rest of these later today/tomorrow/soon-ish unless someone beats me to it.
