Description

Again for visual consistency. I'd like to think that the OOUI project worked on by Wikimedia designers + volunteers is usable as of today (but I haven't used it before so I don't know), perhaps we should use this for ArticleFeedbackv5 too?

(OOjs UI is perfectly usable. Feel free to file tasks in OOUI if you find out that any necessary feature to implement this in AFTv5 is missing or broken.)
