Add a "close all tabs" button when looking at tab overview.

Description

When looking at the tab overview screen (by pressing the Tabs button in Explore or PageActivity), it would be useful to have a button to close all tabs, instead of having to close each tab individually.

  • The button should appear in the toolbar, to the left of the "+" button, and should have the "trash can" icon
  • Tapping this button should show a pop-up dialog message asking the user if they're sure they want to close all tabs.

To clarify, this refers to the "tab overview" mode when you press the "tabs" button in the toolbar (when you see the list of tabs). There should now be a button to delete all tabs.

Please let me know which build this fix is in as I don't see it in the current build I have installed (2.4.157-alpha).

@Nicholas.tsg, please try this build:

Testing Wikipedia app 2.4.157-alpha-2016-10-03 on Galaxy Express 3 (Android 6.0.1).

In this screencap from my device I haven't noticed a Close All button just for Wikipedia app tabs (there is such a button for all open apps on the device which I'm not confusing with). I'll test this again on the next build if it does not look as expected.
