For all round options, we should give the option for the juror to leave a comment about the photo. This is especially useful in the later rounds since this information can be used in the jury reports. Here are a few more details:
@Yarl I tested this in dev: I can leave reviews, view them later, I can see which photos I've left reviews for, and rankings.flags keeps track of the reviews I enter. As far as I can tell, you can push this to beta. :)
@Yarl this is pretty much ready to be closed. However, in light of the recent confusions by a few jury members who had left their ranking in the review boxes, I suggest that you call "Review" as "Jury notes" and add a description to it along the line of "To be used in the jury report by the jury coordinator."
This task has been assigned to the same task owner for more than two years. Resetting task assignee due to inactivity, to decrease task cookie-licking and to get a slightly more realistic overview of plans. Please feel free to assign this task to yourself again if you still realistically work or plan to work on this task - it would be welcome!

Stalling this feature request for now: the option was added to the tool, and a new front end is to be developed hopefully this year. Wordings will be tested again in that review.
