Other than the oh-importer needing to be extended to support Phabricator (an upstream task), what else needs to happen on our side? I believe I remember it looking for the good first task tag in BZ, so I presume that support would be included in the general Phab support. What else?

They also break down issues by language. I dont think we have language as an attribute anywhere.

At this point, I would either push this proposal to Developer-Wishlist (2017) to check what is the interest or decline the task.
