Type of quota increase requested: cpu + ram
Reason: The video project downloads videos from websites and re-encodes to free formats to upload to commons. We would like to expand the tool to large image downloads from websites like google art project or http://gallica.bnf.fr/ or any other GLAM/website offering many GB files.

I need at least 1 more instance with 4 cpu and 16GB of RAM.
