I admit I did not looked at the hour, but I think that what was requested in the task was reasonable and by a trusted member, therefore I actioned it. It's a tag for their internal job. If the naming is the issue, renaming projects is possible. I don't think the name is misleading though.

Generally, tags are types of projects that must be proposed (to allow discussion) before being created. That's all. :)

Yes, my bad. My memory failed and though that I read that tags could be created straight away without discussion when it's the opposite. Sorry for that.

I'm not sure it makes sense to have separate newsletters per-team like that. The project for it shouldn't've been created so quickly.
