Description

Per TSG testing, deselecting "available for offline reading" for a reading list does not delete the associated files, and upon restarting, the files are still available after restarting while offline.

Steps to reproduce

Have nonempty reading list with offline availability
Enter airplane mode
Edit the reading list deselect "available for offline reading"
Restart the app
Open the reading list and try to read a page
