After editing a template's doc and going to the template, show the updated doc without having to purge

Description

There is a bug in Wikipedia.

In Wikipedia, I go to the template: fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/modèle:à_internationaliser
I edit the doc.
I go to the template.

Expected result:

The page shows the template with the updated doc.

Observed result:

The pages shows the template with the old doc.

This bug occurs on many pages, including on pages which do not have a link purger (purge).

It would be very nice to correct this bug.

Here, the server is serving the old content, the client's cache is not the problem. This bug occurs even when the person bypasses or empties the client's cache.

Often, yes. Always? I don't know.
