Steps to reproduce
Open any article on the Wikipedia app.
Expected
Article toolbar at the bottom of the screen should be opaque white.
Actual
Article toolbar appears as a semi-transparent white .

Open any article on the Wikipedia app.
Expected
Article toolbar at the bottom of the screen should be opaque white.
Actual
Article toolbar appears as a semi-transparent white .
Thanks @Mhurd, regression looks fixed.
@Josve05a – We may consider revising the visual treatment in future design updates to the app to use a background blur on a translucent white, but for now the original style of the article toolbar (opaque with a top shadow) is intended keep focus on the article text whereas the semi-transparency is somewhat distracting when readers can still see text underneath the toolbar.
Testing in Wikipedia app 5.3.0 (958); just to make sure I tested this on both iPhone (iOS 10.0.2) and iPad Air 2 (iOS 10.0.1). As seen in the screencaps below the toolbar is still semi-transparent white.
Testing on iPhone (iOS 9.3.2) and Wikipedia app 5.3.0 (960). According to the screencap below this is fixed.
