Description

In case we decide that we still need the "staging" environment for the fundraising frontend, we need to

Create an Ngingx configuration in the infrastructure repo
Deploy fundraising frontend to the staging environment.
Move the subdomain spenden-staging.wikimedia.de from the IP of the old production server (83.169.58.52) to the new production server (83.169.58.59)

I talked to Kai and we agreed that we don't need a staging server at the moment. The tasks are not done, but it doesn't matter.
