Would it make sense to link this one to Review TPG norms? We already have an e-mail thread dedicated to reviewing TPG norms, we could use it reach a consensus regarding this one.

Oh, that phab task. I think reaching consensus on the 4 new proposed norms is different/separate from reviewing the existing norms. But thanks for checking.
