Also side note I'm curious if T44653 could be related to this?

@Framawiki, just tried it it was within 1 ms after sending a request to the URL, I'm thinking either the server is in maintenance at this time, because it doesn't send any form of response back to my computer to even get the "connecting" or "DNS lookup" (according to firebug). Anyone else have any thoughts?
