Global rename: Zhyar Merlin to Zhiar Merlin is stuck

https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalRenameProgress/Zhiar_Merlin shows this rename that got stuck on pt.wikipedia.org; it's been stuck at "In Progress" for quite a while now. All other wikis seem to have gone through successfully.

T147029 patches will only get deployed to Wikipedias on Thursday.

The cause is the same as the last time: LocalRenameUserJob ... Timed out waiting on commit queue. The fix for that should reach production this week.
