At the moment, we allow for the next round to be created before the current round is finished. The creation of the next round should not be possible before the current round ends.

Resetting task assignee due to inactivity, to decrease task cookie-licking and to get a slightly more realistic overview of plans. It is not possible anymore to create a new round before all the tasks from a previous round are finished - which actually causes problems again now, but we'll get back to this with the release of the new and improved Montage I hope. :)
