We have folks who review other users' patches (and should get fame for it).
And we likely have users who spend more time writing patches than reviewing.

I'd be interested in such statistics, especially as we can filter by org (WMF staff vs. independent).

Probably worth a separate request: In terms of Gerrit, being able to filter for users who have +2 rights (and see how often they use that power) would also be great as we likely need to increase that number.
