WikiLove does not work in the Refreshed skin, but seems to work fine in Monobook/Vector derivative skins. Since WikiLove is an entirely separate extension and would need to be modified to be compatible with Refreshed, I would suggest that the "WikiLove" feature be hidden from the toolbar dropdown in Refreshed.
