Screen needs to be implemented.
Should include some messaging about adding this page to the homescreen (with messaging about Offline if this browser supports it) and how this is stored locally (and is therefore impermanent).

@Nirzar What happens to the offline bar when you're not on an article? No chevron, no opening drawer?
That's the only missing piece. Right now it auto updates.
Moving the comments to T148399: Design and build indicators for "offline" mode where they fit better and resolving this one which is related to the saved pages screen.
Reopening this one since there is a ready to be tested column in new readers.

Looks good to me. We haven't thought about what the screen should look like if there are no saved pages. I'm making a new (low priority) task for that.
