Merge changes in PDF to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Building_automated_vandalism_detection_tool_for_Wikidata
Address points made in the review:
- Solidify novelty in the paper
- Emphasize on features related to characteristic of knowledge databases in general instead of emphasizing on features related to Wikidata itself.
- Fix typographical errors.
- Update about damaging models and ORES review tool
