A follow-up from T147038: "This topic has now been added to your watchlist" does not appear in Chrome
In no-js mode the message about removing/adding topics to watchlist refers to pages: "Add this page to your watchlist?"
Given that the page does not display the topic name (only a cryptic one), it might be confusing to users what they are actually removing/adding.
