Ideally, exact and clear steps to reproduce should allow any other person to follow these steps (without having to interpret those steps) and see the same results. Hello @Aklapper: The problem is solved. In my preferences / Notification (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-echo) on ku.wikipedia; the options "Show notifications from other wikis" was unchecked, so I could not receive notification of other wiki. I thought that the problem had affected all users... Sorry for the loss of time.
