Description

Ensure that the when 'Darken colors' accessibility preference is set, it is applied as 7:1 on all key sections of text in iOS.

No design required. Per comments on parent ticket, suggest Eng can investigate what controls are possible to specify key content becomes 'darkened' when this control is turned on.
