Description

We should be more explicit about telling new users that subscribing to either cloud@ or cloud-announce@ is highly recommended and highlight the types of messages that are likely to be seen on each list.

Maybe this could be made into a goal prompt as well?

Is it possible for striker to look at the subscriber list for these lists? It looks like the list membership is available to list subscribers, so possibly yes.
