Yes

Although at present time, this is not terribly useful, because VE is only enabled on a few wikiversities where Quiz is also enabled.

I brought it up on en wikiversity here: https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Wikiversity:Colloquium#Wikiversity_as_Virtual_University and there were a few people that supported the idea of enabling VE there, but I suppose I should do a more formal RFC to see if it's something they want?

Since VE isn't even enabled on wikiversity yet, this is not suitable for this round as it wouldn't actually be used by anyone :).

Removing the Possible-Tech-Projects tag as we are planning to kill it soon! This project does not seem to fit in the Outreach-Programs-Projects category in its current state, so I am not adding that tag right now!
