Still see Simp. Chinese showing up in Explorer tab

EXPECTED
If my system language is Trad. Chinese, I should see all the Chinese under Explorer tab showing up in Trad. Chinese.

I'd say this kinda make 5.3.0 (967) look broken, especially we can still see T149016 showing up in "In the news" section...
