We've recently expanded cr1-eqiad and cr2-eqiad with new 32x10G line cards, replacing the oldest 16x10G line cards which are going out of support. We need to migrate all links currently on fpc 5 to the new fpc 3 on both routers.

Event Timeline
I've added new ports for the row A-D uplinks to the aggregated links (desc no-mon) on cr1-eqiad, so they can be moved one by one. No other ports (transit/transport/etc) yet.
cr1-eqiad's row A-D links have been moved to xe-3/0/[0-3] and xe-3/1/[0-3] respectively. All port descriptions should be correct, and the old port configs have been cleaned up.
All ports on cr1-eqiad FPC5 have been moved to FPC3, except for the uplink to pfw1-eqiad, which we need to schedule downtime for with Fundraising.
@Jgreen Let's schedule some time soon to move both uplinks (cr1-eqiad and cr2-eqiad), one by one.
Row A-D uplinks to cr2-eqiad have all been moved from fpc 5 to fpc 3.
Remaining:
- pfw1 uplinks (xe-5/0/3)
- Zayo wavelength to codfw (xe-5/2/3)
- Equinix Ashburn port (xe-5/3/3)
All ports have been moved off of FPC5 on both routers, and all configuration for FPC5 ports has been removed.
The Equinix Ashburn IXP port is still awaiting the filter change to the new mac address.
Reverse DNS change is still pending as well.
