Yes, the suggestion is presented twice. I don't think it should be presented at all when limit/offset is present, certainly not twice.

I put up a fix, but not particularly happy with it. This whole class needs a big de-spaghettification. Unrelated to this task, but working in the planned UI improvements to Special:Search is probably going to be a giant pain.

@Deskana: It'll be mentioned when jenkins merged the change, however, I mostly are faster and resolve the task before that happens :P
