The pool counter role of helium and potassium have been reimaged/Ganeti-migrated to a jessie VM and also renamed to poolcounter100[12].
The same needs to be done for subra/suhail, the pool counters in codfw (which are currently trusty-based).

subra and suhail are no longer used, poolcounter2001/poolcounter2002 are now used. We can repurpose subra/suhail
