Wrong global variable in SpecialVersion

Description

In SpecialVersion.php the global variable $wgSkinExtensionFunction is used. But in DefaultSettings.php and Setup.php the variable is named $wgSkinExtensionFunctions, with an s at the end. Bacause of this skin extension functions are not listed at Special:Version.
