Right now, we have T89331 to track the work related to replacing Tidy. We also have the Replacing Tidy page that tracks the testing efforts for getting this done.

However, we don't have a page that can help editors understand what this project is about, what the impacts are for them, what tools are available to them to navigate the change, and the timeline and rollout process for this. It is worth creating such a page.

Community Engagement folks also need this to be able to answer editors' questions, and also maybe to centralize questions and discussions in one place. One option is to continue using the mw:Parsing/Replacing_Tidy page by suitably reorganizing it.
