The GO BACK button shown when an error occurs, in the Wikipedia app, seems to be broken. I use version 2.4.160-beta-2016-10-14 of the app in Android 4.2.2
Warning : The below steps don't work in recent versions of the app. This could be reproduced if there was some way to open the app with a link not recognized by the app.
Note : Keep 2 or 3 tabs open in the Wikipedia (android) app before you start with the below steps.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to Wikimedia Discovery/Search through any browser in your phone.
- Click Elasticsearch link in the Current work section. (it should trigger the Wikipedia app in the phone)
- Click the GO BACK button displayed in the Wikipedia app (it should be displayed as the app didn't recognize the w:en:Elasticsearch link)
Actual results
Each time the GO BACK button is clicked a tab gets closed, in the app, in the background but the number of tabs in tab icon is not updated accordingly.
Expected results
Only the curent tab should be closed in the app and should return to browser ( which triggered the app) and display the Wikimedia Discovery/Search page.
