Description

As of v0.17.9 in MediaWiki theme there are still a few minor color properties, which are not yet following our overhauled WCAG 2.0 level AA compliant palette M82:

keyboard shortcuts in tool menus
MenuSectionOptionWidget
TextInputWidget inline label
