In case the problems with UC Mini are more general, we should investigate where JS breaks for UC Mini so that we can explore removing it from the blacklist in future. It could be an issue in jQuery or MediaWiki's core JavaScript. If so we should identify that problem and fix that upstream.
This should be constrained to at most 5hrs, at which point returns are diminished.

Reflecting lack of discussions and lack of activity this doesn't seem to be normal priority.
UC Mini is working pretty well 2 years on. I can use the entire site without any errors.
