T141739 is resolved, but https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:RR_Uebersichtskarte.jpg still has thumbs that are affected. I tried this with different random sizes, e.g.

Clearing cache or adding ?0 to URL didn't help.

I purged the page (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:RR_Uebersichtskarte.jpg?action=purge) and the thumbnails you linked are fine now.

This one I didn't try ;)
