It can be useful to add a button that "tags" a user on an edit. For example, as a patroler I can notice an edit that seems suspicious to me, but I'm not sure that it is actually bad, so I will want to ask another user who is more of an expert on this topic to take a look at it. I can simply write on that user's talk page, but there could be a quicker way to do this: To have a button that somehow pings or tags that user right at the recent changes, near "Undo" and "Thank". Pressing it will ask for the user name, and then send a notification.
