Description

I just received a mail informing that my user rights on MediaWiki has changed, and the link on "per request" is wrong. It links to the url "wiki/Project:Requests/User_rights/Lea_Lacroix_(WMDE)" instead of the "https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Requests/User_rights/Lea_Lacroix_(WMDE)" expected.
