Change recipients for Wikidata browsertests failures

Description

I want to suggest to add wikidata-monitoring@wikimedia.de to the list of recipients for Wikidata browsertests failures. At the moment I am the only one receiving notifications after @adrianheine left.
wikidata-monitoring is currently consisting of @hoo, @aude, @Lydia_Pintscher, @Tobi_WMDE_SW and @Addshore, so I wanted to ask these people first if they are fine with my proposal.
Alternatively we could add individual people as recipients for browsertest notifications.
However, only having one person there is not a good option IMO.

I don't mind receiving them but I also don't need to receive them so either way is fine with me.

Yes, please… that actually was one of the ideas (at least one of my ideas) behind making the tests stable.

Ok, I've prepared a patch but let's wait at least one more day to see how stable jobs are.

We got another email list for CI notifications, so this has to be changed to wikidata-ci-status@wikimedia.de.
