The instructions for the recovery code that you can print, not how to store them, what they are for, and that they can be used once.
I think that advice should be expanded with advice to "scratch" out codes (put a line through them) after using them, so that you don't forget which ones should still be valid.
It probably isn't a huge deal in practice, but a failure might make a 'normal' user rather uncertain and restless. By having the right instructions on the page we can hopefully avoid this and improve the situation.
