Description

Right now https://labels.wmflabs.org/gadget/ is hard-coded for English Wikipedia. This task is done when the interface can load campaigns for any wiki and will apply critical local wiki styles (like RTL).

Implement new URL pattern (e.g. ui/enwiki/ loads enwiki's campaigns)
Load styles from local wiki (e.g. RTL)

We can get RTL from meta=siteinfo. E.g. https://fa.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=general%7Cnamespaces%7Cnamespacealiases%7Cstatistics

Note the "rtl": ""
