Following on from T150452 (since it seems the issues didn't have a direct shared cause).
Applications for OpenEdition aren't showing up on the review page. I suspect this is also an encoding issue since OpenEdition has an application from a Farsi user whose username isn't showing up properly.

This has also been fixed by the fixes I pushed this morning. That user's username is still not showing up correctly but at least the page is displaying.
If you happen to have that editor's username, I may be able to manually fix the username display issue.
Awesome. I can't find that editor's username unfortunately, at least without a huge search for editors matching their user right / account age / etc. information.
