Since the button was now moved to the bottom of the page, we should probably actually observe how and if it changes something in the clicks and evaluate that.
Therefore we need the information on:

• time when it is deployed to the Wikipedias so we can measure the change appropiatly
• we expect a increase or decrease of clicks (and what we hope for)
• better stats on if article were created after the button click and their quality
