Add repository name parameter to EntityIdComposer::composeEntityId

Description

EntityIdComposer allows code that has numeric entity IDs (e.g. from a database) to construct EntityId instances. When doing so, it should also be possible to specify which repo that EntityId (resp the database the numeric ID came from) belongs to.
