Ref names with slashes

Description

Rename ref names with slashes. They are not converted correctly in html and they are potential problems

Examples:

@Magioladitis are we changing <ref name=Sky 7/7> to <ref name="Sky 7/7"> or something else?

I think "Sky 77" without slash is better.

@Magioladitis I fear that if we change <ref name=Sky 7/7> to <ref name="Sky 77"> we'll be accused of confusing meaning, 7/7 could be a date, 77 loses that. If we're going to delete characters please link to a central discussion where the implications have been discussed.

If we just added the quote marks I don't think there could be any accusation of confusion.
