As part of the template translation process (T139332), users can edit the different template fields. As users edit the different fields the content they edit should be persistent. That is, the system should save it regularly as the user makes changes (e.g., after some time, when moving to another field in the template, when closing the template, etc.). This is similar to what happens with paragraphs in regular translations.
