In "Create TPG CSAT form for Q2 survey," I would mention that survey questions should be vetted by on staff experts in writing questions that are not leading.
Under "Send Q2 CSAT survey to TPG customers," you may want to indicate that before sending, we need to determine how long the survey will stay open. You may also wish to add that the manager will vet responses before sharing them with the rest of TPG.
