Hi,
I come from the Tamil Wikipedia (http://ta.wikipedia.org). In the community there is a consensus that the Namespace Wikipedia should be translated as விக்கிப்பீடியா and Wikipedia Talk should be translated as விக்கிப்பீடியா பேச்சு. In a previous bug it other name spaces are translated except for the Wikipedia and corresponding Talk namespace.
Please be kind enough to commit this to the Mediawiki.

Some pages could not be renamed automatically to the new namespace name. Those were renamed to have a suffix "--DUPLICATE". Please fix them manually.
