Description

When I visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZNC on Safari Version 9.1.3 (9537.86.7.8) (I have not tested on other browsers) I see that the page is horizontally scrollable with a huge whitespace on the right. Here is a screenshot:

The gap disappears when I close the banner.

Can reproduce in Safari on macOS and iOS, but not any other browsers. Looking into a fix now.

We were accidentally applying a width to one of the hidden radio buttons, which Safari didn't like. Have now fixed this in the template and all banners which are currently up.
