Description

This works, but forces a non-VE experience:

The preload is used on many wikis to assist in new article creation. I would like VisualEditor to support it too. :-)

Note that MediaWiki does not currently require the "preload" target to be a valid document, which means we almost certainly couldn't let people use the same parameter for VE (as you'd end up with an unusable document).
