My every other refresh (click) on any of the wikis is killing all scripts, including those i do not control such as the search script and gadgets, whats causing this?, tried it on a few browsers logged in, same outcome. I tested out my global.js assuming there may be an issue there, still nothing. It affects all scripts and not just the ones i'm subscribed too. I disabled AdBlockPlus on all wikis, still happening, tried it on Google chrome and K-Meleon browser, same issues. Has been happening for 2 weeks now. Basically if i clicked a link to an article, all my scripts will work including popups but when i click another wikilink to another article, they all stop working including the search hints scripts which i do not control and the gadgets, basically "javascripts "fail. I updated my browser and Java, still happening :(. Happens on all wiki's i'm on and not just enwiki.

This sounds like an issue either with your browser configuration (have you tried other browsers) or with your user account preferences to me.
Have you brought this up on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical) ? That might be a better suited place. :)
As i said above, I tested with 3 browsers ( FireFox/Chrome/K-Meleon), same outcome in all 3. I even tested it on my browser on my Laptop, same outcome, pretty weird. I assume its either a .js or a .css script somewhere
Maybe maybe your web browser's developer tools print some error in the 'console': Firefox ≥24; Internet Explorer; Google Chrome. But this sounds like a topic for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical) instead. Please post the link here to your post on the Village Pump.
Oddly enough i made a change to a script last month, when i deleted my global.js, all wikis worked ok but i could not really tell if any of them were failing without re-adding popups globally, i chose not to add one of my scripts looks like a change i made it in mid november broke it somehow and i forgot to fix it. tag this as 'whatever' or delete it, If i have an issue, i'll post to the village pump..Apparently, the script works OK on enwiki but not globally anymore :(
